All rate plans include free long distance on the HTC Technologies networks. Taxes are not included. Activation fee of $30.00. All plans include domestic toll originating and terminating in the United States , including Alaska and Hawaii. Voice Mail, Caller ID, Call Waiting and Three Way Calling are free services upon request. Call Forwarding is billed at .12 cents per minute.
